Yes, absolutely bring your own container. The most sustainable package is the one you reuse. We'll weigh your bottles first and we'll fill them for you. However, we do sell new bottles too. 

Yes! 

Place your order with us, we'll send you a payment link, skip the line and pick up your order and go!

NO! 


We pre-weigh everything and deduct the tare weight of your bottles so you only pay for what we put in it. 

Furthermore, you can get any quantity you'd like. You're not required to fill a container.

Refill Madness offers packaging free consumer goods, recycling collection for hard-to-recycle items (such as mascara wands, toothbrushes) plus legislative advocacy to drive waste reduction policies with producer responsibility.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds or exchanges on ANY refilled products.  Other items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days if not used
