Yes, absolutely bring your own container. That's the whole idea. We'll weigh your bottles first and we'll fill them for you. However, we do sell new bottles too. 

Yes! Place your order with us, we'll send you a payment link, skip the line and pick up your order and go!

NO! We pre-weigh everything and deduct the tare weight of your bottles so you only pay for what you get. Furthermore, you can any quantity you want. You're not required to fill a container.

Refill Madness offers packaging free consumer goods, recycling collection for hard-to-recycle items (such as mascara wands, toothbrushes) plus legislative advocacy to drive waste reduction policies with producer responsibility.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds or exchanges on ANY refilled products.  Other items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days if not used

Customer Service

We support you every step of the way. We offer full service refills, just tell us what and how much you'd like and we'll take care of the rest.  You pay by the ounce, leave with a smile, and never have to buy plastic packaging ever again. 


Don't need refills? That's ok, we have everything you need to go plastic or package free around the whole house!

We not only carry refillable, Eco-friendly everyday, products by weight but, also plastic-free alternatives such as bamboo toothbrushes, reusable straws and produce bags, make-up rounds, food wrap, shampoo bars, lotion, sunscreen, and so much more! TERRACYCLE USED PACKAGING CENTER

Our donation center is located in the center of the back room. We accept all dental and deodorant packaging (all brands), razors (all brands), wine cork (non-plastic), GoGo Squeeze Yogurt pouches, BURTS BEES packaging, BRITA filters, bottles, pouches, packaging,

ARM & HAMMER plastic resealable bags only. 

LED light bulbs, Mascara wands, make-up.
